Japanese superfood!You can leave out the peanut butter entirely (also radically reduces fat content) or swap with tahini to change the taste. Adjust the mustard/miso to your liking or add wasabi or cayenne for a bit of a kick. Japanese superfood!

Ingredients

Natto, plain, 1 cup
Eden Mugi Miso Paste, 1 Tbsp.
Onions or scallions, 1/4 cup, chopped
Yellow Mustard, 1/2 tsp.
Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter Creamy, 2 Tbsp.
Directions
Makes 6-1/4 cup servings
Thoroughly mix everything but beans in a medium mixing bowl. Mash beans (easiest method is to put them on a plate & mash with a fork) & then add to rest of ingredients, mixing well.
