Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 cups kale
    1 banana
    1 orange
    1 pear, sliced
    1 cup grapes
    1 cup non-dairy milk (from my wife I used Almond, for me I used the so delicious coconut, bith unflavored) The recipe calculation includes the So Delicious
    I also added about a cup of ice, Katherine suggested freezing the grapes - I need to try that.

Directions

In a blender, process ingredients until smooth

Serving Size: 2 servings, unless you're really hungry
