Introduction

Crockpot recipe my friend created. Easy and the kids love it. Crockpot recipe my friend created. Easy and the kids love it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (more depending on how much you want to make)
    1 carton of Low sodiym chicken broth
    5 carrots, peeled and chopped (or use baby carrots)
    2 cups minute rice (brown or white)
    Any frozen veggies you like
    Season with Mrs. Dash or any spices you like

Directions

Add broth, carrots and chicken to crokpot. Low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours. Last hour add any frozen veggies you like and rice. Its done when the rice is cooked.
