Introduction

Here is an easy, cheap veggie idea. If you use a bag of ready-made broccoli slaw, you can really save time. Tomatoes are optional. Add cooked meat to make a complete meal.

Directions

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds. Cover & cook til seeds stop popping. Next, add entire bag (12 oz) slaw, tomatoes, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp turmeric. Saute 3-5 min tossing occassionally til slaw is soft. Add 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Stir & serve
