Shepard's Pie

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 bag frozen veggies
    1 onion, diced
    4-5 potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Quarter potatoes and boil until tender. Add butter, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and mash. Brown turkey with onions. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer ground beef, then frozen vegetables, and top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
