Introduction

Quick way to use left over Pumkin or squash seeds Quick way to use left over Pumkin or squash seeds
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half cup of seeds from a pumpkin or squash, (what ever is left over when you scrape out the inside)
    tbls Tapatio Salsa Picante Hot Sauce
    10 drops of lime juice or the juice from one lime wedge
    3-4 dashes of salt

Directions

Mix pumpkin seeds, hot sauce, lime juice and salt in a bowl making sure that the seeds are coated with the hot sauce. If there is not enough liquid to coat the seeds add more hot sauce.

Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray.

Spread a thin layer of seeds on the cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy.
