Seared Tuna with Grapefruit-Orange Relish

Ingredients

    4 Tuna Steaks
    1 Teaspoon Sweet Cooking Rice Wine
    1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1 Teaspoon ground Ginger
    1 Grapefruit
    1 Orange
    3 Tablespoons raw chopped Onions
    1 Teaspoon cilantro paste
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

Relish:
1. Peel and section the grapefruit and orange. Cut (or tear) into smaller bite-sized pieces and place in medium sized bowl. Dice onion and place in bowl.
2. Combine wine, vinegar, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and 1 tablespoon of the oil. Whisk together and pour over fruit. Toss together.

Fish:
1. Rinse fish and pat dry.
2. Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add fish and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily.
4. Remove fish from pan and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
5. Serve with relish
