    Banana, fresh, 2 small mashed
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    10 packets of Splenda
    Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
    Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped


sift dry ingredients
stir in liquids & mashed bananas, then nuts
spoon into aluminum muffin cups (or sprayed muffin pan)
bake at 400 deg. for 20 min.
