Introduction

Made this into 12 cupcakes, baked for 15 minutes. Made this into 12 cupcakes, baked for 15 minutes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cocoa, unsweetened
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup warm water
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup coconut oil, melted or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients really well including the sugar. Mix wet ingredients really well and blend well with dry.

Pour into prepared muffin cups or use paper liners or put in 9" square pan. Bake 30 minutes for cake or 15 minutes for cupcakes. Cool in pan.

Serving Size: 12 cupcakes or one 9" square pan.
