Introduction

I've modified from the original. I split the flour between white & whole wheat.

Notes for next batch: more ww flour, cook for 12 - 13 minutes for a softer cookie, use tsp for spooning = more cookies + fewer cals per cookie

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 2 cup, packed (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

pre heat oven to 375

mix together, scoop and drop onto parchment paper

cook for about 15 minutes, no less than 10 minutes

Serving Size: makes 36 (using 1 Tbsp to scoop)
