    Baking Powder, 1.50 tsp (remove)
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Splenda, 12 tsp (remove)
    fat free dry milk, 1.50 cup (remove)
    Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey: Chocolate Malt, 1 serving (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, .5 cup, mashed (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .25 cup (remove)
    Sunsweet dried cherries (1/4 cup), 1 serving (remove)

Directions
