Cinnamon apple oatmeal

Introduction

This oatmeal is super quick and easy, and tastes better than the prepackaged stuff on the shelf! Plus, more nutritious ;) This oatmeal is super quick and easy, and tastes better than the prepackaged stuff on the shelf! Plus, more nutritious ;)

Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp flaxmeal
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tbsp honey,
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce.

Directions

mix all ingredients except honey and unsweetened applesauce in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, and cook another minute. Take out of microwave and mix in honey and applesauce.. And there you go! All done! Enjoy :)
