IntroductionMakes 12 Crepes
Makes 12 Crepes
Flour, white, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
Water, tap, 1/2 cup
Butter, salted,MELTED 2 tbsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
2. Add in wet ingredients (beaten eggs, water, melted butter, and milk)
Serving Size: 12 8" Crepes
Pour 1/4 Cup of batter into pan and turn pan to coat bottom with batter. Or use a crepe spreading tool, I use a rateau (or crepe spreader) - but a quick swirl of the pan should do it.
If not, add a little more water to make thinner batter.
Spray pan with cooking spray every few crepes.
