This is my savior when I'm craving ice cream! It's delicious, decadent, and much lower in calories and fat than ice cream. This is my savior when I'm craving ice cream! It's delicious, decadent, and much lower in calories and fat than ice cream.

Ingredients

    - one cup banana slices, frozen
    - 1-2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
    - 2 tablespoons fat free whipped cream

Directions

Process banana slices in a food processor until smooth, with the consistancy of ice cream. This may take awhile, depending on how sharp the blade is in the food processor. Scrape down the sides of the bowl a few times. Put graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a ramekin, top with the smooth banana and whipped cream.
