Clean Eating Oatmeal Pancakes

Submitted by: LOVE2BHAPPY4

Introduction

Not intended to be the most delicious pancakes you've ever tasted, but will definitely be the healthiest and I promise you won't be getting a stomach ache like I do after eating at IHOP :)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    * 1 Egg
    * 2 Egg white
    * Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

-Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. (I use the magic bullet. It works great!)
-Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour your preference of size of pancakes
-Cook like regular pancakes & enjoy!

Sometimes I add protein powder to the mix, or top them off with peanut butter when they're done!

Serving Size: Typically makes 4-5 small sized cakes

Number of Servings: 1
