Ingredients

    Tuna, 1 2.6 oz pouch
    American Cheese, 2 slices
    Mayo, 1/2 tbsp
    Chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Place cheese slices on freezer paper, shiny side up
microwave on high for 2 minutes
Mix other ingredients
Spread tuna mixture on flat side of a cheese puff, top with other cheese puff.

Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
