White Fish Parmo

Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    I cant believe its not Butter, 2 tbsp
    Low fat mayo 3 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    *White fish, 600g (I used sea bass fillets)
    *Onion granules, 1 tsp
    *celery salt, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    60g grated low fat cheese



Directions

Mix together the parmesan, butter, mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon juice and season with pepper, onion granules and celery salt.

Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Grill skin side down for aprrox 5 mins, turn fillets over and gril skin side up until browning for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side, sprinkle grated cheese and oregano on top. Grill until the cheese topping is bubbling and melted.
