Chicken Curry Divan

Introduction

I found this recipe in a church cookbook from the 70's. I found this recipe in a church cookbook from the 70's.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts cooked and chunked
    10 oz frozen broccoli cooked
    1 can 90& fat free Cream on Chicken Soup
    1/2 cup reduced fat Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 light squeeze of lemon juice
    2 tbsp curry powder
    1 cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese Shredded
    1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Directions

Preheat oven
Cook the chicken breast and steam the broccoli and then place them evenly in a 9 x 11 dish (8x8 would work well too I'm sure).

Next combine the cream of chicken, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder in a bowl and mix together. (if it looks to thick you can add some milk to make it more batter consistency but that wasn't added to the nutritional values). Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli.

Sprinkle the cheese over this mixture and then evenly top with the bread crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

Serving Size: Makes 4 approximately 2 cup servings
