Crunchy Healthy Breading Mix

Introduction

Use on Fish, Chicken or any meat you love breaded. Its easy to make and store for future use, and 1 batch lasts for about 2-3 weeks around my house and I use it maybe 2-3 times per week for 2 people. Ingredients

    Use the bread crumbs, panko and wheat germ and play around with the spices if you dont like Cayanne, use paprika or whatever you like, Grate lemon rind onto fish (Or chicken) after you have seasoned with the mix, and if you really like the lemony flavor squeeze a little juice on too.

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together (except the fresh lemon rind) and place them in a shaker container. Use on Fish, Chicken, Pork or any other meats you usually eat Fried. Place your meat in a baking pan sprayed with non-stick, shake on the coating (about a tablespoon full, give a spritz of nonstick on top and bake til your desired doneness. Makes a wonderfully crunchy fish filet or chicken breast with a whole lot fewer calories than the frozen section prebattered stuff. .
