Ingredients

    1 orange
    1 banana
    1 cup spinach
    5-6 large frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 grapes or frozen blueberries
    2 TBSP flax seed
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup skim milk

Directions

Blend altogether until well mixed

Serving Size: 1 really big glass
