apple chicken sausage and potoates

Ingredients

pack of chicken sausage sliced
1 T butter
3 med potatoes
pepper
salt
onion sliced
Directions
in a large skillet heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. once butter has melted add potatoes. sprinkle with salt and pepper. allow to cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. stir after 5 minutes. cook another 5 minutes. stir. Potatoes may take longer to cook depending on how you cut them.
stir in onions cook 3 mintues or if you like onions cooked longer put them in sooner. stir in chicken sausage. continue cooking for 5 more minutes or until sausage is warmed through and pieces begin to brown.
serve hot.
you can use turkey or beef kielbasa too.. original recipe was kielbasa..
