Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.5 cup
Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Baking Powder, 3.5 tsp
Agave Syrup, 5 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (1/3-1/2 cup), mashed
Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 0.75 cup
Flour, white, all-purpose, 0.5 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Measure bran cereal and milk into mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes, or until cereal is softened. Add egg, agave syrup, and banana. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin=pan cups.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees F, about 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
