Number of Servings: 66

Ingredients

    Dill weed, dried, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    Onion powder, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Chick Peas, 2.5 cups (Washed and Soaked Overnight)
    Canola Oil, .25 cups
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp

Directions

Makes 56 tablespoon size falafels
Grind your chick peas and add all of your ingredients together (except for the baking powder).
Heat your oil to medium.
Make 56 little chicken nugget-size falafels.
Fry them in batches and enjoy.
You can cut the mix in half and freeze for later use, just don't add the baking powder until you are about to fry them.

You can use fresh dill, garlic and onions for a moister falafel - add some sesame seeds if you like.
