    4.5 chopped carrots
    1/2 large onion
    4 stalks leafy celery hearts
    about 4 cups chicken broth
    3 bay leaves

Directions

Add ingredients to 1.5 qt crock-pot; cook on high until vegetables are tender. Use immersion blender to Blend until smooth. Serve with brown rice (not included).
