Just pop yolks out of hard-boiled eggs and spoon in any flavor of hummus. Our favorite is Sabra Roasted Red Pepper. This makes a protein bomb to give you lasting energy without the cholesterol of a deviled egg. It's a sure bet to stave off cravings for the afternoon!
