    *Dannon Greek Nonfat Plain (8 oz), .5 serving (remove)
    Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Best Choice Mixed Berries, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup (remove)
    *sugar free Caramel syrup / Torani, 1 oz (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

I blend all the ingredients in a bullet, the mixed berries are frozen when prepared.
