Venison Parmesan

Ingredients

Venison, 4 serving ( 3 oz )
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
Directions
Mix parmesan cheese with bread crumbs.
Set aside.
Beat 2 eggs in bowl.
dip steaks in eggs then in bread crumb mix.
Heat oil in skillet.
Fry venison about 2-3 minutes on each side till brown.
Place browned steaks in shallow pan and spoon spaghetti sauce over steaks.
Bake in oven preheated to 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cover with mozzeralla cheese and bake until cheese melts to your taste.
Serves 4.
