good for any dish that has meatballs in the recipe good for any dish that has meatballs in the recipe
Number of Servings: 30


    lean beef 1lb
    lean italian sausage(loose),1 lb.
    onion slice 1/4" thick (diced small)
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    3 oz. italian bread crumbs
    1 lg. raw egg
    garlic and onion powders,and pepper (oregano if desired)


blend ingredients,roll into 30 pieces,pre-heated oven 360 F,
put foil over cookie sheet,and spray with no-stick spray
fill sheet and place in pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes till nice brown color..break 1 apart to look for desired doneness
use in your recipe,or enjoy hot or room temp....alone
delicious....tip the cookie sheet when done and move the balls to one side to drain off renderings..healthier that way

Serving Size: blend and roll into 30 pieces (BALLS)
