    1/2 cup rinsed and drained chickpeas
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
    1 chopped cucumber (about 1 cup)
    10 large black olives
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 large toasted whole wheat pita (OPTIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED IN VALUES)

Directions

Mix together veggies with lemon juice - serve in whole wheat pita or plain!
