Ingredients

    Jogurts jeb fromage blanc mana gadijuma, ievarijums, citrona sula un viens banans.

Directions

Jogurtu ar ievarijumu, citrona sulu samaisa vai sablendere, var pievienot ari bananu. Produktu daudzums atkarigs no pasha veelmeem, es liku apmeram 200 g FB, 2 tejkarotes ievarijuma, sulu no puscitrona. Liek saldetava, bet ik pa 30 min samaisa, lai masa nesasalst leduu. Pec sportoshanas njammiigs OH avots!

    Pec tam uzraksti, kaa sanaca! ESmu agrak kko lidzigu megjinajusi, bet nesanaca labi, jo to masu saldetava nemaisiju, bet, ja to dara, tad sanak ne sliktak par iisto salchuku, lai gan vairak uz sorbeta pusi velk. Vai kaut kas pa vidu abiem :)
