"Thai" Pie

Submitted by: 123REE

Introduction

This is a great way to use cooked chicken breast and healthy version of my favorite pizza - Thai Pie. I used english muffins, but you can use a whole wheat pita if you'd prefer. Both muffins with a salad make a filling (and tasty) meal that's quick and easy to make. This is a great way to use cooked chicken breast and healthy version of my favorite pizza - Thai Pie.
