*All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
Land O Lakes, Fresh Buttery Taste Spread, Tub, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
*Country Crock Plus Calcuim Margarine, 4 serving
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp
Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp
*salt - sea salt - mediterranean - kirkland - 1/4 tsp - 1.2g, 1 serving
*Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp
*Buttermilk 1.5% Milkfat - Light - Friendship, .5 cup
*Sunsweet Pitted Plums dried - 5 dried, .4 serving
*10 fresh blueberries, 1 serving
Mix dry ingredients. cut in butter. then add milk. Do not over mix.
Spoon onto pan, or roll out and cut w/ biscuit cutter. Bake 15 min.
*You could just eat 2 mini's for less calories too,if you can stop at just 2!
