Ingredients:
* Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 500 grams
* Oats, 2 cup
* Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
* Soybean Oil, 2 tbsp
* *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
* Egg, fresh, 1 medium
* Vegemite, 20 grams
Directions
Add all ingredients into bowl and mix well, spoon into small ring microwave dish, microwave on high for 12 mins (or bake in tin ring dish for 45 mins) Allow to cool before cutting
