mom's mac and cheese

Ingredients

    8 oz pasta
    2 T butter
    1 T flour
    salt, pepper
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1 cup 2% cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

cook pasta according to directions on box. While pasta is cooking melt butter then add flour, salt,, pepper and mustard to make rue. Add milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cheeses until melted.
When pasta and sauce is done mix together in casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Let sit 15 minutes before eating.
