Tomato Pork Chops

Ingredients

    One pork loin, cut into chops
    Two cans Hunts Diced tomatoes- Basil, Garlic, & Oregano (14.5oz each)
    Carrots chopped
    Parsley
    Garlic
    Mostaccioli
    Fresh Parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Cut pork loin into thick chops. Add salt and pepper to taste and brown in pan over medium heat. While browning, cook mostaccioli.
When done, move to plate. Add diced tomatoes, carrots, garlic, and parsley to pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add pork chops and cover. Cook until chops are done.
Serve over Mostaccioli pasta. Parmesan cheese to taste.
