Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Introduction

My 6 year old loves this!

Bake in muffin pan for muffin-sized individual servings.

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey (85/15)
    1 package Stovetop Stuffing, Savory Herbs flavor
    1/2 cup water
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup ketchup - 1/4 cup is added to the mix, the remaining amount is used to glaze the "muffins"

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together ground turkey, water, egg, and 1/4 cup ketchup. Add Stove Top stuffing and mix with hands thoroughly. Divide evenly to make 7 "muffins", and glaze with remaining ketchup. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until center temperature of 165 degrees is attained. Enjoy!
