Low Carb Crock Pot Roast

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 1/2 pound chuck roast
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    2 medium carrots, rough chopped
    3 celery stocks, rough chopped
    1 large onion, roughly sliced
    1/4 beef broth or stock

Directions

Day Before::

Coat roast in onion soup mix. Place in bag and leave in fridge overnight.

Next Day::

Turn crockpot on high, spray with nonstick spray and add beef broth/stock. Place roast in crock pot and top with chopped veggies. Let cook on high for a 2-3 hours and reduce heat to low for remainder 7-8 hours. Meat will be tender and falling apart good! Serve with favorite sides and ENJOY!!
