Balsamic Crab Apple Salad

Submitted by: LADYROZALIN

Introduction

This is a delightful fusion salad which proves to be a pleasant surprise to the palate. Use red onion if available, and feel free to substitute grilled chicken for crab if you are not a seafood lover. A splash of apple cider vinegar gives an extra kick without adding extra fat. This can make a lovely side or even a wonderful main course! This is a delightful fusion salad which proves to be a pleasant surprise to the palate.
