Banana chocolate Pudding

Introduction

Quick and easy dessert you can make just before dinner. For a lower fat version omit the chocolate or use cocoa powder. Quick and easy dessert you can make just before dinner. For a lower fat version omit the chocolate or use cocoa powder.

Ingredients

    1 170g pkg Pudding and Pie filling, Banana Dr. Oetker Shirriff
    3 cups Milk, nonfat
    3.5 squares Chocolate, Lindt Excellence 90% dark
    9 Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Philadelphia light cream cheese.

Directions

Microwave the pudding and milk as per package directions, stirring every two minutes for about 10 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp of cream cheese, mix well. Evenly divide between 9 individual serving dishes which each have a graham cracker sitting on the bottom. Cut the chocolate squares in half, and put one in each pudding swirling it around till blended in. Quick and easy to make. Serve within the next 2 hours for best results. Voila
