IntroductionBaked or grilled tilapia marinated in white wine, lemon, and onion. Baked or grilled tilapia marinated in white wine, lemon, and onion.
1 medium onion
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 tilapia fillets
- I doubt anyone will even see, as it is just for me to remember it. But, basically, cut lemon and onion into slices. In a bowl, add the slices, white wine, pepper, salt, and garlic. Let the tilapia fillets marinade in the mixture from anywhere between 20-50 minutes. Pour mixture into pan and place fillets in. Cook on medium-high heat for about five to six minutes on each side, or until fish becomes flaky and opague. There you go!
