Ingredients

    1/4 cup rolled oats (regular or quick-cooking)
    6 Tbsp water
    1 Tbsp no-salt, no-sugar added Peanut Butter
    2 Tbsp PC Greek Yogurt Plain 0% MF
    1 Tbsp ground flax seed
    1/2 fresh banana, mashed or thinly sliced
    1 tsp honey

Tips


Directions

1. Place oatmeal and 6 Tbsp of water in microwave safe container. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute.

2. Remove and add peanut butter. Stir well, until peanut butter is melted. Add Greek yogurt, ground flax, banana and honey. Stir well.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving

  • Where in the recipe do you add the Greek yogurt? I just mixed it in with the other ingredients and it was a very filling tasty breakfast. - 5/22/12

    Oops, I've corrected that now. You do mix it in with the other ingredients, after mixing and melting the peanut butter in. Glad you like it!
