Introduction

Ingredients

    2/3 C. plain low fat yogurt
    1 banana - chopped and frozen
    1 apple - chopped
    1 C blueberries
    1/4 C carrot juice
    1 C fresh spinach washed

Directions

Assemble all in blender and blend till smooth!

Serving Size: makes 2 12 oz glasses
