Ingredients

    1 oz White Corn Tortilla Chips
    1lb Ground beef, chicken or turkey (whatever you choose) Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    Great Value All Natural sour cream
    Tomatoes, diced
    Chi-Chi's Mild Thick & Chunky Salsa (optional)
    Great Value Fat Free Refried Beans (optional)

Directions

Cook meat on medium heat until browned, add 2 two 3 teaspoons of taco seasoning mix, 2 tablespoons of water (maybe 1 to 2 more) mix and simmer on low...

Dice tomatoes, shredd cheese (if not already)

In microwave, take 2 tbsp of refried beans, add a dash of water (will be thick) and microwave for 6 seconds

Pop tortilla chips in oven for 5 minutes

Assembly: remove chips from oven, spread on or around plate, spread refried beans on chips, next add meat, next cheese, next tomato, next sour cream, a lil more cheeese and top with salas or taco sauce, whichever is your pleasure.
