Ingredients

    2 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup fresh Spinach loosely chopped

1 spray of Pam cooking spray (to coat container)
    Salt and Pepepr to taste

Directions

Spray a bowl or container (microwave safe) with cooking spray

Mix 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup of loosley chopped spinach
Microwave for 1:30 to 2:30 depending on how your microwave cooks.
Take out- egg will be fully (the longer you wait, the less fully the egg will be).

I take this to work everyday with me and its the perfect hot and filling breakfast that is extremely healthy and i think very tasty.

Feel free to add other veggies to your liking. I LOVE spinach so i tend to overload on it, You can add in sausage links, or extra lean ham, broccoli, turkey breast, peppers, mushrooms, anything, really.
I tend to leave out the cheese- i dont miss it and its really not needed, and keeps the calories down!
