Oats, 0.5 cup
Light Soy Milk -- Vanilla Flavored, 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup packed
1 cup peeled and chopped apple
Baking Powder, 2 tbsp
Baking Soda, 1 tbsp
4 Splenda Packets
Cary's Sugar Free Maple Syrup- .3 cup
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine the oats and soy milk with the chunks of apple.
In a separate bowl measure and stir the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
Add Cinnamon and Splenda on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
