Tuna Steaks with Green Peppercorn Sauce

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3T butter
    1T chopped garlic
    T lemon juice
    6 (8oz tuna steaks
    1/4 C dijon mustard
    1/4 C red wine
    3T green pepper corns in brine, drained
    2T soy sauce (terriyaki sauce)
    1T buter

Directions

Combine first three ingredients in a small bowl. Brush mixture evenly over both sides of tuna steaks. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over med-high heat About 5 min each side or until fish flakes with fork.

Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until buttermelts and sauce thoroughly heated through.

Spoon sauce over tuna and serve.
