    Ground Beef (extra lean), 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)
    White Wheat Hamburger Bun, 8 serving (remove)
