1 lb/454 g Rice Noodles
3 L Water
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 cups Basil Leaves, fresh
1/2 cup Almonds, coarsely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, passed though a garlic press
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Prepare pesto sauce by placing all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until ingredients resemble a smooth paste. Scrape pesto out of food processor bowl and pour over cooked noodles. Over medium heat, toss noodles and pesto sauce until heated through. Serve hot.
