Introduction

very nutricious meal very nutricious meal

Ingredients

    2 cups water
    1 cup spinache frozen
    2oz. whole wheat pasta-raw
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    .5 tomato diced
    .5 zucchini diced
    minced garlic dried
    minced onion dried
    2 xtra large eggs
    tspn canola oil

Directions

boil water and spinache till water boils.
add next 5 ingredients and cook till pasta is done
scramble egg with oil and stir in till done.

little bland. not sure what to add.
