Chili Soup

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    10 oz (.6lb) Round Steak, closely trimmed and cubed
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 med green pepper, chopped
    1 28oz can diced peeled tomatoes with liquid
    1 1/2 t mexican style steak seasoning
    1 1/2 c frozen corn (or 1 14oz can drained)
    1 28oz can chili beans

Directions

Add steak, onion, pepper, tomatoes and seasoning to crock pot. Cook on high first hour. Reduce heat to low, cook four more hours. Add corn and chili beans to crock. Cook 2 more hours. If you want your pepper and onion with more bite to them add them at the same time as the beans. Makes 5 servings of 2 cups
